My Chocolate Almond Fat Bombs are up there with one of my favourite treats. They are unbelievably easy to make and have great amounts of fudginess that would make you believe they are unhealthy—but they totally aren’t! These are packed with good fats, protein and fibre. I just love them and I hope you do too. 🙂
Chocolate almond fat bombs
3 tbsp Almond butter
6 tbsp Coconut oil
3 tbsp Cacao powder
Silicone ice cube tray
Optional add-ins/toppings:
shredded coconut
goji berries
berries
cacao nibs
chocolate chips
1 tsp peppermint extract
maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
Maldon salt flakes (like the ones pictured above)

In a pot on medium heat, add all ingredients and gently stir until everything is well combined and melted.

Pour mixture into silicone ice cube tray and freeze for 1.5 hours.
