I believe that we can have a major impact on our health and wellbeing by considering the quality of foods we eat, the thoughts we think and the movement we do regularly.

I’m here to help you discover just how good it feels to live mindfully.

I think there’s so much more to living a healthy life than the food you eat and the exercises you do.

Your relationships, mindset, lifestyle choices also have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing.

Restriction in food and life has no place here. I hope you enjoy this space and feel inspired to take action in your life toward your goals and the way you want to live.

Believe it or not, I didn’t grow up in a healthy home. I grew up in a single-mother household with two older sisters. Both of my parents struggled with addiction, alcoholism and mental health issues and it took me a long time to learn what “healthy” living actually looked like. It’s because of my roots and childhood experience that I feel called to inspire people to live healthier lives. I saw firsthand what some of the worst lifestyle habits can do to one’s mental, emotional, and physical health. Truth be told, a lot of people suffer every day due to a lack of support and understanding about how to take care of themselves with even the most basic of nutrition and lifestyle habits. Provided those childhood years were some of the most challenging years in my life, those years gave me an appreciation for how good life can be if we choose for it to be.

WHY I BECAME A WELLNESS COACH

What fuels my passion for helping women discover a better relationship with food and their bodies?

I’ve come a long way from struggling with disordered eating, anxiety and candida to where I am today: energized, confident, strong and happy! From trying to fit the fashion modelling mold in my late teens to struggling with acne and feeling bloated and puffy constantly, I was eager to find alternative ways to heal my insecurities. Growing up with parents who suffered from addiction and mental health issues, I didn’t understand the importance of healthy food and exercise as necessities in life, let alone as some of the best mechanisms for coping with stress. By seeking a Holistic Nutritionist for my healing, I restored my gut health, cleared my acne, lost the belly bloat, energized my body, and developed a better relationship with myself. I learned to love my body for how it carries me through the day, its ability to crush my workouts, and its ability to care for and help others. My transformation inspired me to pursue a career in the wellness industry, and I feel so grateful to do what I do every day.

Your body is mightier than you might think. It constantly sends clues on how to improve, but we’re not always in tune with our bodies and can miss these very obvious signs. This is where I come in. Like a pair of detectives, we can work as a team to investigate your health concerns and get to the root cause of what you’re experiencing so that you can overcome and improve your health for better living.

VISION & MISSION

I help women achieve whole-body wellness–and I LOVE it. The transformations that I’ve witnessed are not just physical. A huge mindset shift can happen when you shift your focus to habits that make your body feel good instead of just looking good. To feel your absolute best, your mindset must be in sync with your body and vice versa.

My mission is to help as many women as I can become stronger and more confident in their bodies through holistic practices so that they can live the life of their dreams. This means we look beyond just the food we eat and the movement we do. We address your lifestyle and the inner workings of how you perceive your body and its abilities.

My vision is to create a community of women who thrive from a vibrant, healthy diet, exercise and a positive, manifesting mindset. I believe these things are the building blocks of a healthy, strong and purposeful life.

WHAT IS HOLISTIC NUTRITION?

Holistic Nutrition is much more than food recommendations. HN definitely promotes organic, alive, and good quality foods to nourish the body, but it doesn’t stop there. HN also considers the mind and spirit of a person and their constitution, preferences and lifestyle. I believe each person is biologically different and should eat and live in a way that best serves their individuality. I want to help you eat better, overcome nutritional imbalances and ultimately feel good in your skin!

FUN FACTS THINGS ABOUT ME

IF I WASN'T A COACH..

I’d probably be a Social Worker. I love learning about interpersonal relationships and dissecting the root cause and conditioning that makes people who they are.

MY FAVOURITE MUSIC...

I have always been a big fan of music and concerts. Fun fact: I used to throw it down in mosh pits in my early 20’s at metal shows, haha! You can find me listening to funk, jazz, classic rock, hip hop, classical music and everything in between. Spotify will tell you that Skinnamarink is my most listened to song, but you can blame my son for that.

I´M MOST THANKFUL FOR...

My family! My son and my husband are everything to me. I’m happiest when we’re doing the simplest of things like going for a walk or playing at the park.

I LOVE TO EAT..

Nachos, big ass salads full of tons of ingredients and garnishes, roasted chicken thighs, chicken wings, lasagna, healthy cookies (yes, I mean the granola style cookies with nuts, seeds AND chocolate!)

IDEAL VACATION

Anywhere with good people and good food. I have a soft spot for Spain. I would love to travel to the Caribbean islands soon!
