I believe that we can have a major impact on our health and wellbeing by considering the quality of foods we eat, the thoughts we think and the movement we do regularly.
I’m here to help you discover just how good it feels to live mindfully.
I think there’s so much more to living a healthy life than the food you eat and the exercises you do.
Your relationships, mindset, lifestyle choices also have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing.

Believe it or not, I didn’t grow up in a healthy home. I grew up in a single-mother household with two older sisters. Both of my parents struggled with addiction, alcoholism and mental health issues and it took me a long time to learn what “healthy” living actually looked like. It’s because of my roots and childhood experience that I feel called to inspire people to live healthier lives. I saw firsthand what some of the worst lifestyle habits can do to one’s mental, emotional, and physical health. Truth be told, a lot of people suffer every day due to a lack of support and understanding about how to take care of themselves with even the most basic of nutrition and lifestyle habits. Provided those childhood years were some of the most challenging years in my life, those years gave me an appreciation for how good life can be if we choose for it to be.

IF I WASN'T A COACH..
I’d probably be a Social Worker. I love learning about interpersonal relationships and dissecting the root cause and conditioning that makes people who they are.
MY FAVOURITE MUSIC...
I have always been a big fan of music and concerts. Fun fact: I used to throw it down in mosh pits in my early 20’s at metal shows, haha! You can find me listening to funk, jazz, classic rock, hip hop, classical music and everything in between. Spotify will tell you that Skinnamarink is my most listened to song, but you can blame my son for that.
I´M MOST THANKFUL FOR...
My family! My son and my husband are everything to me. I’m happiest when we’re doing the simplest of things like going for a walk or playing at the park.
I LOVE TO EAT..
Nachos, big ass salads full of tons of ingredients and garnishes, roasted chicken thighs, chicken wings, lasagna, healthy cookies (yes, I mean the granola style cookies with nuts, seeds AND chocolate!)
Anywhere with good people and good food. I have a soft spot for Spain. I would love to travel to the Caribbean islands soon!
