Do you offer virtual sessions? Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer online personal training. I also offer in-person personal training in East York and Central Toronto. All training options come with access to my app to follow your independent workouts.
How do I schedule an appointment with you?

I hear all Nutritionists just cut out dairy, gluten and alcohol--is that true?
No, it’s not true. Every client is unique and requires personalized protocols. Some people may need to take a break from dairy to see how their bodies respond, and for others it isn’t even a consideration. It all depends on your health concerns, goals and how your body is responding to the foods you are eating.
Do you offer single sessions?
No. I do not offer single personal training sessions. I operate my business with the idea that we are meeting to work on your health goals over time and this requires multiple sessions. It is impossible to make progress by seeing a client once.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and e-transfer.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
All sessions will be tracked in my booking system which you will have access to for reviewing your sessions and for rescheduling as needed.
